B&H collaborates with your Company to deliver an integrated set of claims services based on your specific needs.  B&H can handle the FNOL through the life of the claim through TCS.

This single source will allow your Company to select from services ranging from FNOL through the life of the claim.  TCS was designed to work within your Company’s system but potentially offer greater efficiency.  Obviously it is your Company’s choice but our solutions are worth looking at.

Claims Adjusting

Our leadership at B&H Claims Service has over 50 years of Catastrophe adjusting and Large Loss experience. We have worked tens of thousands of catastrophe claims beginning with Hurricane Alicia in 1983. Other notable events in which we were involved include the Northridge Earthquake, Cinco de Mayo Hailstorm, Los Alamos Fire, St Paul/Minneapolis Hailstorm, and all hurricanes from Hurricane Andrew through Hurricane Sandy.

First Notice of Loss (FNOL)

We have partnered with a company whose area of expertise is call centers and customer support.  We have researched and reviewed many call center companies.  Our call center’s trained staff is already in place rather than other companies that go to a temp agency that hires inexperienced insurance people when there is spike in calls.  Consider choosing our business model for this service.

Fast Track Claims

Our FNOL Company can screen the claims coming in and determine their severity.  At that point it might be more efficient to handle the less severe losses over the phone.  Maybe your Company already does this or perhaps B&H can offer additional adjusters to help with these claims.

B&H has taken the guesswork out of finding a true GA level adjuster.  Because no official certification exists today, B&H establishes guidelines for experience, education and references for all adjusters in our network.  This was done by a GA for our GA’s.  This assures you of consistent service delivery in all areas of the country.  We can further credential our network based on your customized requirements to assure your protocols and goals are met on every claim.  Bios and resumes are provided, allowing you to see, in advance, the quality and experience of your Large Loss network.

Audit Services

We have the capabilities of providing your company audit services in any form required and at competitive rates.  This service is led by a retired Sr. V-P of a large insurance company and again can be custom tailored to your company’s needs.

We can also handle insurance commissioner complaints which will remove that problem from your calendar.

We have developed a claims related audit program that will allow you to have your general agents or TPA’s, audited in an efficient and cost effective manner. We are positioned to help you with your audit and / or claims management requirements in any territory of the USA and on most classes of non-marine business. B&H Claims Service will initially have a meeting with you to get your specific instructions and report format requirements as we will provide the report to you in the format of your choice. Following the initial meeting we will send a detailed questionnaire to the Policyholder or TPA being audited to gather as much information as possible before the audit commences. This allows B&H Claims to review procedures and all the key areas of claims management before we arrive on site.

Flood Claims

We have a small core group of adjusters whose specialty is flood claims.  This group is led and managed by a former FEMA General Adjuster who also has worked as a GA for many years in the insurance industry.  Again, our focus here is on quality which is all that we will produce
